Branded apps and embedded scheduling for the cloud-hosted plan felt one polish-pass behind Calendly Premium - small visual quirks on dark mode and embed sizing. Webhook payload schema changed between versions twice during the test window and one downstream automation broke silently. Email reminder customization is more limited than expected and required manual SMTP override.
