Instagram DM threads loaded with 8-12 second delay, and Twitter mention notifications missed about 4 percent of mentions in a 30-day audit (Hootsuite missed 1 percent on the same accounts in parallel test). The analytics view tracked impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth per network but did not surface cross-network comparison without exporting to CSV. Scheduling reliability had one incident where 6 posts queued for a Saturday 9 AM batch failed silently because Instagram API token expired and Publer did not surface the reconnect prompt until Monday. Pick Hootsuite S173 for legacy enterprise teams with established workflows or when voice plus email plus social integration matters.
