I have used Ahrefs on MytheAi since 2022 for backlink monitoring, competitor SEO research, and keyword expansion, with daily logins across roughly 1500 hours in 2026. Site Explorer (the deepest backlink database in the consumer SEO category) is the single feature I rely on most: when researching a competitor or vetting an outreach prospect, the breadth and freshness of backlink data on Ahrefs consistently beats Semrush or Moz on the same domain query.
Keyword Explorer (the search volume and difficulty estimator) is the second moat. The proprietary Ahrefs clickstream data produces volume estimates that map closer to actual GSC impressions than Semrush in my experience (within 20-30% for head terms, within 40-50% on long-tail). Avoid if
